Barn alarms

A cellular alarm calls or texts your phone when the power goes out, the barn gets too hot or cold, the fans quit, or the bulk tank warms up — wherever you are.

Installed from about $1,800. Monitoring $69 a month, with a yearly test of every alarm.

Calving cameras

Watch the calving pen from your phone at 2 a.m. instead of walking out to the barn. Night vision, built for barn dust and damp.

From about $1,200 for two cameras. Yearly checkup $150 + $25 a camera.

New barn fans

Tunnel, cross and circulation fans and controllers, installed and wired for the barn. Newer fans move more air for less power, and rebates can help pay.

Free estimate.

How it works

  1. Free visit I walk your barn, heat-scan your main panel, and tell you which plan fits — or if you don't need one.
  2. Pick your dates I book every visit for the year when you sign up, so your spot is held before the season fills.
  3. I show up Evenings or weekends, with any shutdown planned between milkings. Written report after every visit.
